How often should windows be professionally cleaned?
For most homes, every 6–8 weeks is ideal to keep glass looking its best. Windows in areas with more traffic, near trees, or facing south tend to soil faster. We can arrange a regular schedule to suit you.
Can you clean windows in winter or bad weather?
We work in most weather conditions. Light rain does not prevent a good clean — windows often look worse after light rain than after a proper wash because of the residue left behind. We will not work in heavy rain, strong wind, or icy conditions where safety is a concern, and we will always reschedule promptly.
Are there any windows you cannot clean?
We can clean most residential windows up to second-floor level safely using ladders. For very high or difficult-access windows, we will advise on whether water-fed pole equipment is needed and include that in the quote.
